The Ontario Drug Policy Research Network (ODPRN) has recently secured a four-year CIHR grant to conduct research on opioid use in Ontario. As part of this broader work, they are conducting a study on experiences of Naloxone access (including perceived barriers and facilitators) among individuals with opioid-dependence. The ODPRN wants to gain a wide range of perspectives from individuals who have used opioids (both for pain management and recreational use) to understand how they may be affected by current Naloxone policies and programs.

The ODPRN will be conducting one-on-one (telephone or in-person) interviews across Ontario. You can distribute this poster at your centre or clinic and/or forward the information sheet to organizations that might be able reach the appropriate individuals. Please note that the REB at your institution may consider the mounting of this poster to be a research activity. As such, before posting, please check with your REB to determine if a local REB review is required.
