The Human Services and Justice Coordinating Committee (HSJCC) of City of Kawartha Lakes is hosting a summer conference to better equip service providers with the skills and tools necessary to support the people they work with. Presentation topics will explore current drug trends, drug terminology, mental health and treatment system navigation, and risk and harm reduction strategies. Registrants will hear from presenters from the Ontario Harm Reduction Network, Canadian Mental Health Association, Fourcast, and PARN – Your AIDS Resource Network. The conference will also showcase local resources, information booths, and valuable networking opportunities. A catered lunch will be provided. Register here. |
