National Day of Action on the Overdose Crisis

Demonstrations will be held in cities across the country to demand different levels of government take meaningful action to address the crisis by calling for an end to the war on drugs, the removal of barriers to health care including improved access to naloxone and opiate substitution therapy and the implementation of policies informed by drug users.
The Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network will be releasing a report titled, "Overdue for a Change: Scaling up Supervised Consumption Services in Canada", on February 19, 2019 and shared with the federal government in advance of the National Day of Action on the Overdose Crisis.
